Your role

• The Part-Time Sales Leaders bring this mission to life in the store.
• Modeling and coaching selling skills as well as sharing product knowledge to ensure all team members are up to date on products and offerings to meet customer’s relationship needs.
• Leading staff when the Store Manager is not available and providing feedback along the way.
• Conducting point-of-sale audits and assisting the Store Manager with other inventory management procedures.

I filed for unemployment in TN on 4/30 and got denied on 8/11. I appealed the same day and have yet to get a date for appeal. I’ve had respiratory problems my entire life and was hospitalized with double pneumonia ( not a smoker) earlier this year. I had a Drs appt and told my employer weeks ahead of time. They discharged me stating I had broke company policy for attendance! They had been discussing how they were losing money and the employees could take a unpaid leave of absence but if applied for unemployment they would consider it as a resignation. I unjustly lost my job and the state of TN is failing me as well. Ive emailed my representative and my mayor. I’ve called and spoke with the unemployment office 20+ times and sent numerous emails with no help. #unemployment #advice #appeals
