I turned the workday around with collaboration. For example, I was assisting a client with an access issue with my prior employer's website. The client could access the account everywhere with the exception of his company's main office. I walked the client through many of the typical issues that prevent communication from their computer to my company's website servers but nothing work. I was able to able to arrange a meeting between the client, their IT department and my company's technical support. In this meeting it was discovered that it was the client's specific router, which was replaced. Once this occurred, the client was able to access the account. The important part was that this client was up for renewal so I was able to save the account and the company remained a client. #technicalsupport
