O.Q.P. These three letters I keep close to me so when I need to transform these three letters into actionable words, they are more easily accessible. When I first learned of the Only Quality People (O.Q.P.) method, I already knew that who I hung around I may eventually become. That thought never remained in my thoughts, though; it would merely surface now and again. I never thought other people could really affect me in any kind of way when it came to moving myself forward. Then I heard it differently, and it was an ah ha moment as I reflected back and saw the role others played throughout my life. This is a tough concept to follow because how do we judge the quality in a person? How do we rate them? I myself do not ever judge a person by what someone else has told me about them. In fact I don’t judge people at all. I simply see how they are with me. If they don’t come with an angle and they don’t do me wrong, I view them as a good person and I trust them. Because I view them as a good person doesn’t mean that I also view them as quality person. When I decide if they are OQP I look at their life to see if they are moving in a forward positive direction, are they involved in things that move them forward. This is important to me because I have been in a constant motion moving forward for as long as I can remember, and it bothers me when I feel like I’m not. And when I feel like I'm not, I’m not happy. I am also the type that doesn’t deal with stress real well, so when unhappiness leads to stress, I don’t get anything done to move me forward. People that do not have my best interest in mind, those who always have an angle, who try to get over on me, those I have to keep a third eye on, those I know I can’t trust cause me stress and prevent me from moving forward. That is what I mean by OQP. Disassociating myself from their lives doesn’t mean I think I’m better than them, it doesn’t mean I think they will never be successful. It just means that they hinder my forward progression, which is unacceptable to me. I think this video will say it much better than I have tried to. Just something, for those who may be interested, to ponder. Click the link below for a two-minute video that may help you in your forward progression, which will help in your job search, as you practice O.Q.P.

Really enjoyed working for Smart Circle. The demand for time was to great. It's more for someone single with no kids.

Something I learned at #Smart Document Soultions ...

It was a 6 month assignment doing Customer service and Scanning of Medical Records requests for Bell and Howell Records mgmt. the clients weren’t very hospitable or professional so it wasn’t so much fun going to this job day in and day out it got to be a pain in the arce.

What made me stay at #Smart Source, Inc. was the consistent availability of good project-based IT work.

I've worked at Smart Source, Inc. part-time since late 2016 and have so far had a very positive experience. I have visited nearly 50 area Chase Bank branches doing such things as teller station hardware upgrades and IT hardware remediation surveys. Its about as close an experience to an independent contractor as you can get and still be listed as an employee. I work remotely from home. I get to choose the sites and dates available to work as much or as little as I want. Also, the pay has improved over time. The recruiters and other employees have always been very nice to do business with. #goodgig #jobsearch #hiring #application #workfromhome

Looking for jobs that are close by. I'm most skilled with Organizing (Inventory,Information), Data Input, and a high level of computer literacy. I do and always will respect my work environment. I preferably like to work smart instead of hard since working smart gets more done #Dedicated #Respectful #Smart
