I dont like changing jobs or careers frequently. I like to pick a location and stay as long as possible. And I'm not a quitter. I dont give up very easily even if it costs me long term.

Stay to yourself, people are there for a check and nothing else. Flat rate system pits techs against eachother and makes service writers favor certain techs for work.
