Being able to put smiles on the customers and my co-workers faces!

Honestly it has to be the work friends you make. When you find a couple worker you have fun with and talk to a lot the shift doesn't seem too bad half the time. But I'd still recommend finding another opportunity unless the managers at your location are gold stars.

It depends on the corporation and franchise and the way the pay works.

It's mainly store dependent, but if you can learn to have fun at appropriate times and make friends at work then it shouldn't be too unbearable however it is unpleasant almost too often.

depends on how long the managers have been working there and how old they are, mine were pretty crappy thats why i quit but honestly depends where you work
