What makes a good McDonald’s is having positivity I’m a manager and I try letting the kids joke around and when they are working stress is just building up so if they can have fun then everything will be slow or the food will be bad so that is what makes a good McDonald’s

Good employees and managers and you learn a lot I mean you can have your own store one day it’s not a bad or hard job you have to put forth the work and the effort the pay is good if it’s your first job I recommend McDonald’s

McDonald’s Gives You A Little Bit Of Everything As Far As Learning To Multi-task Which Is A Great Skill You’ll Pick Up There , It Also Develops People Skills As Far As Proper And Common Curtesy, You Also Learn To Appreciate And Respect The Fast Food Enviorment.
