Every day I left my problem at the door , as I walk in knowing every day is different . Put on my game face and walk in smiling , happy and greet everyone working . I make sure I notice everyone employees. I show respect to receive it . I believe in putting out encouragement so we all get motivation to have a good shift . I’m not even clocked in yet . Then I do the same with my customers.
I made it my business to get my job done no matter what, my first priority was to do my job first.
