Don't overdress (coat, tie) know your customer, most importantly study the merchandise on the outside of the front building (price points, high to low, left to right, clean, shopable, carts full and ready to go).

The worst experience I have ever had in my life with a job no one has any management experience I was the most dependable employee they had and was fired for helping a customer theater manager seemed to be a Crack head and new nothing about management thank u for asking Ed ray
