Well it's customer service focused and you have the tools and support to learn every aspect of retail merchandising and team building.

In my experience, they work with your schedule pretty well for the most part. Better pay than a lot of places and the managers seemed to care about their employees for the most part. Of course that varies from person to person. To be clear, I'm talking about the store. The DC sucks lol

It's been about 10 years since I worked there. Training/computer modules were self trained. They were ok at working with your availability, and the downtime occurred more often than at the other blue retailer.. Pay was usually higher and benefits were obtained alot sooner. I've heard alot has changed since then, though. My former coworkers say you can only get one weekend off every 2 months, and management no longer "manages".

Not a bad place but management is invisible except when they want to tell you that you have screwed up. . Co-workers tattle on each other.

Not good take advantage of their workers I was assembler and one morning came in and said your done immediately because they were outsourcing. And if you wanted to apply for another position you couldn’t for two weeks.
