Positive Home Depot changes because of Coronavirus
We got notice that as of today, March 17, all stores will adjust their hours from 6AM -6PM and schedules will remain as is. After the store closes, workers scheduled for closing shifts will be responsible for pack down, freight orders and intense deep cleaning.
All part time workers will be given 40 hours sick time and FT will be issued 80 hours of sick time to be used as needed till the end of November 2020. Hours not used will be paid out.
This is really great for employees. We also have a lot of measures in place for handwashing, cleaning and sanitizing!!

Working at Home Depot
After I retired from working as an Executive Assistant, I planned to upgrade my home. So got a job at home depot paint department and learned so much about painting, tile, blinds, carpet, plumbing and electrical. SO glad I took the opportunity to broaden my knowledge and HD was the perfect place to do it. Really enjoyed my time working for them and how well they treat their employees.
I had applied on line and had received a call back from a number out of Georgia but was unable to get the number to return call. Was wondering if there was anyway to get the number to call am very interested in employment.
