• Looking for 5+ years’ experience as desktop/help desk support for one of our clients. • The person should have excellent communication skills, have strong knowledge of office 365, Technical Documentation, Active Directory, Ticketing Systems, Imaging computers. • The candidate should have a minimum of Bachelor’s degree for this position.

What I love about being in IT is the ability to assist my customers with their computer issues. I started in the field of IT late in life; my passion is with helping customers, rather than being an IT Administrator. While I love learning as I go, practicing what I have learnt in school; I've not had the opportunities to do so, which limits my IT career to the Service Desk/Help Desk.
I believe my training, experience, and proven ability as a Technical Support Specialist and Help Desk Technician will allow me too significantly contribute to your company’s IT department.
