Something I learned at #Dunkin' Donuts ...
I learned that being nervous is normal on the first week. Even actually when working, there’s mistakes. If a customer gets mad, leave them be and try to do the best

To land a job at #DUNKIN I would make sure to...
I would never wish anyone what I went through at Dunkin, Heartland Restaurant Group. Discrimination and horrible leadership at the top

What I loved about working at #Dunkin' Donuts was
The smell of coffee every day and getting to know the regular customers. I did not love being treated like a number and fired for calling out to take care of my sick child after doing everything I could for the store I was at. Having high school children constantly "no call no show" and still have a job while another employee and myself stayed extra hours so the store would be staffed just to be terminated for literally not a solid reason when I did everything in proper protocol is just wrong. So love the few good people you meet there but gotta watch out for some shady people. #management #termination #stressful

What made me stay at #Dunkin Donuts was
my coworkers, we treated each other as a family in the location I was working at the time. When I say coworkers I mean the other team members in the same position as me. The management staff was really bad, they didn't show any respect to the people they worked with and treated us as slaves. It was a very high stress job for very low pay, and if you do your job well they will tell you to train your other coworkers and then pass over you for promotion with the person you trained. #foodservices #management #stressful #
