I'M TURNING MY LIFE AROUND! Just Believe You Are Worthy. [IBYC]

I'm telling you the truth...

WHAT'S THE SITUATION:

You can grow up in life being blamed for most things which are not true. However, you don't have to accept it.

WHAT CAN I DO?

You can wake-up each morning with a positive attitude, and be ready to cancel out those negative inclinations by declaring...

  1. I am bold.
  2. I am able.
  3. I am fierce.
  4. I am strong.
  5. I am wiling.
  6. I am driven.
  7. I am intuitive.

Listen, once you remove that big boulder from leaning against your shoulders of life, everything else will fall-in-place for you.

I Believe You Can...!

I was good at My work with Lyft and went above and beyond many times. However after 6 years and 14,000 rides they dismissed Me from the platform for no good or true reason. One wants you're employer to have your back but they failed Me.

They can let you go for falsehood and disrespectful riders.

I wish my job @ #Mygrant glass co. had...

My time at Mygrant glass was pretty good. In New England, you're not very far apart from your customers and your competition either. You have to get along with everyone or they don't want to see you pull up in a truck to make a delivery. I had the advantage of already having 27 years in this industry before Mygrant glass hired me. so i knew most of the employees and definitely knew all the customers. I remember one day The branch manager Matt, the warehouse assistant manager, and I were out in the warehouse, near the top of the ramp the drivers used to load their trucks. A new young man started complaining about how hot it was and that using a picker was to much, he wanted airconditioning on the pickers. well the three of us broke up laughing at him. when matt got himself under control. the three of us explained how this job was done when we started out. THERE WERE NO PICKERS PERIOD. You had to go find a rolling ladder and push it to where the part you needed was then lock the bottom step and climb up the ladder sometimes 30-40 feet get the windshield and come back down the ladder carrying a windshield made of glass. then locate the next part gets a ladder move it to where the part was and repeat. This Kid didn't believe us so Matt says come with me all those old rolling ladders were still out behind the warehouse. Matt had him stand one up and push it around the building to the ramp. when he got there Matt says now imagine doing that all day and that's not counting putting the truckloads of incoming glass away, He was like you old guy did that.? Mark was the first to respond with how about you use that for the rest of the day and let me know if using a picker with no a/c is still a pain in your ass. Chaulk one up for us old guys Lol
