We are seeking a positive, pro-active Customer Service Representative for our fast-paced, high-call volume, creative manufacturing client located near Methuen, MA. Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm.
Responsible for efficiently processing all US and International orders (email, phone and web site) within your territory. Responsible for following up, tracking and helping with all customers issues (technical and quality); updating and maintaining customer information and attending weekly sales meetings. Learning product line and be able to help customers and sell the appropriate product.
Must be high energy with outstanding customer service, communication and listening, multi-tasking, organizational and time management and computer (MS Office) skills.
Minimum of an Associate’s degree and three years of customer service and/or sales experience is required. Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
