I would be careful of following your recommendation. Always remember profit is the bottom line for any organizations. I recommend looking at job description, pay, health and safety. Let's do a careful analysis to determine the amount of employees required to complete a task. Working smart, healthy and safe are vital to protecting the employees and organizational profit.

I had an phone interview yesterday it was very short I was very nervous and she said I lacked knowledge of the company and to do more research. What would I research in order to get to know the company when they ask or what should I say this is my first job I really don't want to mess this up.
