Is it wrong to ask what they are offering as salary before the interview?
I just was laid off from my job in August and many of the job posting show TBD as salary. I don't want to waste mine or their time if they are not offering what I am looking for. #interview

Have you ever felt like you BOMBED an interview, but then got a job offer anyways? #jobsearch #BADinterviewGOODresult

Has any one walked off the job due to mistreatment/Bullying? What are my options?

I’m going to today. Drive Uber in the meantime.

No

How would you feel if your job literally FORCED you to work overtime every week because they couldn't hire more people?!! Uhhh...should that be MY problem?

Actually, it is your problem! if your company doesn't make money, you won't have a job. However, if it becomes too much, you can refuse to work the overtime, and accept the resignation. You will be denied unemployment if you quit!!

The gap in me not being here, was my email account was hacked, I’ve had one heck of a time it’s going to get better though

How do you move on after you've been rejected for a job?

I have 2 questions.
Before you answer, consider this one point. A worker can be fired for any reason, at any time, for no clear reason. He/ she cannot file for unemployment wether they are fired or quit. How much input do you think the laborer worker in states like Pennsylvania, had in securing the doctrine that it be a right to work state.?Does that sound like something the common worker would vote to make rule?

What was your dream job as a kid?
I wanted to be a game show host or a taxi driver #dreamjob #watercooler

65% of workers are looking for a new job, are YOU?
It's hard to believe 65% of employees are on the hunt for a new job, up from 35% in May. What type of job are you looking for right now?

Soooo just wondering, WHY is it ok for an employer to fire you at the drop of a hat whenever they feel like it, but yet I have to give a two weeks notice??

Because you are the employee and they are the employer. That is reality.

up here in Canada we have strict severance laws. I think 2 years for every year you have worked there. If unjustifiable dismissal you can sue for more. they usually pay you rather then the lawyers. The laws are cast in stone so not much of a fight anyways.

Have you ever had a complete burnout at work?
More than 76% of employed Americans are feeling burned out at work, usually for the following reasons:
•Long work hours.
•Not having a good work-life balance.
•A heavy workload.
•A long commute.
•Unfair or poor treatment by work supervisors.
•Unclear job expectations.
•Low pay.
•A lack of social support.
•Insufficient paid time off.
Which of these burnout situations have you experienced? AND what can you do to overcome them? #BURNcontrol #OntheJob
