How would you feel if your job literally FORCED you to work overtime every week because they couldn't hire more people?!! Uhhh...should that be MY problem?

Actually, it is your problem! if your company doesn't make money, you won't have a job. However, if it becomes too much, you can refuse to work the overtime, and accept the resignation. You will be denied unemployment if you quit!!
