I was working as a Educational Assistant for Students with Autism, I was praised frequently with my colleagues on how well I handled my one on one student, 2 months ago I received a phone call from my employer that I no longer allowed to work in the campus, reasons was, I violated school rules and regulations because I wrote an email to my colleague using the school domain email address, my email contained explanation regarding a disagreement conversation with a teacher. For that reason I was terminated without a warning, also I didn’t sign any form upon termination agreements. I wasn’t aware of school rules and regulations because I didn’t receive a employee handbook. I need advice fr you all. Thank you
