Have you ever worked somewhere with amazing teamwork? What made it work so well?

As a Customer Service Professional- I have been a a very diverse number of teams and led many to success. The keys I used for being a successful team player, would be to actively listen to members, implement ideas together while using the teammates strengths. Open to learning, communicating effectively, and willingness to objectively listen to positive ideas.

The keys to amazing teamwork in my past have been: equitable competence, shared dedication, and compatible personalities.

I think the number one factor in guaranteeing strong teamwork is that each person on the team has an attitude of “No task is beneath me. No task is above me. If it will help us reach our goals, I’ll do it.”

Absolutely! Hotel Morrison & Hotel Dello team extraordinary humans.

Having someone who can bring all of the parts of this team together with their various skills and at the same time making them see how it could not have been accomplished the way it turned out without the great efforts if each individual. When you can make them proud of what they can accomplish as a team with that team effort it is a cycle that will make everyone excited to experience this over and over again.

To me it is respecting the varying talents each team member brings to the table. As long at they are dedicated people, the team can learn to utilize the differing approaches for optimal success.

The company I currently work with are the best coworkers I have ever worked with in regards to all my past coworkers who were all back stabbing and act like little kids when half my coworkers age range was 18-65 if a little older. My current coworkers and I are constantly looking out for each other if they have a question or having trouble understanding something on the account and all the coworkers will all respond and help each of other out and we are always constantly joking around and honestly we just all get a long, there is no drama, we all hangout on our breaks or we all have office parties where we all hangout and we all like each other and the best part all of the employees in my department we always have each others back and there is no drama or talking about each other. Pretty much there is not a day that goes by that we don’t have each other laughing so hard and because of all the funny group chat messaging that we do back-and-forth since we all work from home, but when we’re in the office, we all cannot focus at all because we are all just goofing around having conversations and just having a fun time since we only get to see each other in person once a month if not every other month, but some of us do hang outside at work. The best way a work environment should be like.

Communication
The understanding that we all have our own parts to complete in the day. Rather then being in competition, we would uplift each other and help one another to be able to be the best employees we can.
