Yes, i got a job as a "crane operator" actually turned out to be a freight elevator operator on a commerical construction site, a friend called me up, knew i wasnt working and needed something, asked me if i would consider it for $18/hour plus guaranteed 20 hours a week overtime, i said sign me up and when do i need to be there! I started the next morning and worked for 3 weeks until his regular operator got released by his dr to come back to work!

I did...Most of my earlier career I was a customer service rep or sales rep. Then I tried manufacturing...it was some adjusting but I stuck with it for almost 13 years.
