I agree with J. Coronado, getting away from the space you work in, that can be just exiting the parking lot, eat and drink for sure, and just relax. Try not to go to the bank or get gas etc, just relax and refresh

I like to make sure to get away from my desk. A change of scenery goes a long way in clearing your mind, allowing for rest, and ultimately recharging your body for the rest of the day. (I also make sure to re-caffeinate when I get back!)
