Can’t stress over all the small things not everything’s gonna go perfect just keep pushing forward and do your best in a few teach young guys that are just learning to have respect for the equipment and tools that they use. You always have nice stuff, but you have to lead by example take care of your tools and equipment by example.

As much as you wanna push you, gotta hold back when you have new guys till you find out their abilities and then teach them the correct way to do things and then their speed will come
