Finding what you really like. I know it a job but like you should find what you like in the job field. (I like machining so I found a machining job and I like it.)
The money factor. You need money for everything. Checking jobs you think you might enjoy with maybe a decent or good pay.
What keeps me motivated, is what my goals, hopes and dreams are.
