I have become much more attentive to maintaining a healthy work-life balance. While I'm on the clock, my focus is entirely on business, but once my workday ends, I make it a point to leave work at the office. When I return home, I dedicate my time to myself and my family. It simply wouldn't be fair to either of them if I were to bring work home or let home life interfere with my work.

I think my age is a factor

I have learned to always put safety first because not maintaining safety will allow companies to lose contracts. When companies lose contracts, people lose their jobs.

Relationship! It's always there with you.. stay as humble as you can. Always engage with the employee but you need also focus what is your responsibilities and obligation to your company. Be transparent and accountability to the company to your coworkers and at the end of the day everybody happy. And ready for the next challenge.
