How has your relationship with work changed over the years?
I have learned to always put safety first because not maintaining safety will allow companies to lose contracts. When companies lose contracts, people lose their jobs.

Relationship! It's always there with you.. stay as humble as you can. Always engage with the employee but you need also focus what is your responsibilities and obligation to your company. Be transparent and accountability to the company to your coworkers and at the end of the day everybody happy. And ready for the next challenge.

I have worked all my life until a little over a year ago. My husband’s health failed and I had to quit my job to become a caretaker for him.
I think my age is a factor
