It is unknown! But I think it should be more like a mentorship program for the younger generation coming up behind us. Maybe not our children's age, but maybe at the grandkids' age, because that generation seems to be a little harder to engage or get away from their phones; they tend to be the ones who want to watch you work while they get a check, too. Maybe they just need someone to walk them through the job every day for a while, until it becomes a habit for them. As we get older, we can't do as much as we used to could do. But we know how to do and do it right the first time, and what shortcuts can be made successfully. Still working and lighten our load with a mentorship program for training purposes allows us to keep working constructively for safety reasons as well. With dignity and respect for years served, instead of forcing us to give up and quit with major health problems that could have been avoided. Do you know how hard it is to go out and look for a job at 60? Respect, Manners, and Common Sense do not go straight across the board!
