Stay positive and make sure you check all your employers listed on your resumé. Contact them as a potential hire and make sure they are giving you a good reference. Also do the same for your references as well. Hope this helps. Pray and stay encouraged. 🫶🏾

Don't put all your eggs in one basket. Keep applying to different places and don't give up. Eventually somebody will notice and call you back. :)

To me, this is hardly a question that is of low relevance, as I have had difficulties with it. At the same time, motivation is fickle, and sometimes one has to just keep on going even in the face of such non-response.

Take a good look at yourself and reimagine how you dressed, what answers you gave to certain questions, how positive you were, did you have a can-do attitude, strong but not begging, did you state that you could start immediately (ready to work)? Did you offer the managers a business card with your name, number and e-mail? (plain white business card with "In A Pinch? Ready To Work or Fill In, For Missing Team Members") Managers like that stuff! (trust me I know)

I stay focused by remembering what my life was like when I was on the street with a cat and noone to stay with, living with my cat in infested shelters, I am working the job I love as much as my cats, playing music. I lost 5 jobs in 2 years as a dsp but I strill kept trying. IO just turned 74 and I felt my age was a huge draaw back. I was jobless for 2 years when the dollar tree hired me. But when I found I only had a shift once every 2 weeks it all fell apart but it wasn't the right job. Go after a job you will really love doing. If you are really into it the offers will co=me in and I hope sooner than mine did, good luck, be safe !
