Self Employed Exterior And Interior Painter at Self Employed

It's very important that u set boundaries with ur career and ur personal life. We know we need production for Demand. But your employer should respect the employees whom have families , whom may have a child with a disability, among other things that might be sensitive to explain to an employer. To be realistic here thats an understatement.

We all need to separate work from our home.. We all need work & life balance so we can continue to be refreshed for work hours the next day. Set time for your self as well so you don't get overwhelmed with work which leads to stress.
