Have you ever worked in a toxic environment? How did you cope?
Well, after wanting to commit suicide and then having to get on any depressants, it reached a point where my work was dragging so they let me go and I’m off any depressants have a new job and feel so much better

yes its hard to find a job when you are older.
Put up with it as long as I could and now looking for a new job
and this is very true but problem is they will not admit it nor will let you do anything but quit as most of the time it is a club like situation where you are not a member
it sucks because you have all these people willing to work and we get treated so badly. then we lose hope. this new gen dont want to work. i do not understand this.
I worked at a poultry plant and they kept races separate and paid them more than us but I stayed 19y long as my bills got paid and they didn't touch me
I have my last position I felt was toxic. No one spoke it was weird you are with these people more than home and it was just a very dry place
I minded my business and just did my job but I had also asked the manager for additional train for better opportunities.and was told that we don't have the time or hours for that.made me very discouraged and upset I felt he was oanng my down fall.sadvreally.
yes almost every job i had. And its sadly to do with the managers. I moved on started over. but being a female its even harder as we come across people in the company who stick together and fire you instead.
