Well if you have the right leaders above you that will allow you to get to the position that best fits you that you want, it's a good job and easy to get ahead in life and you will prosper but again Like I said IF AND ONLY IF YOU HAVE LEADERS THAT ALLOW YOU TO SHINE IN THE FIELD THAT ALLOWS YOU TO SHINE THE BEST IN. But if there only leaders that want to bring who they feel is okay and they are there friend or family or former work peers from other jobs then you can forget getting ahead like myself

If they would have let me do what I applied for and kept me in the place I was best at I would still be there but its controlled by other employees who all worked at other plants that came together so they leveled each other up and I can't work for any place that allows that to go on

lastedI came in entry. Was trained by ARISES platform. We received a total of 3 month. Which with learning CRMs and operations, it should have been at least 9. But i was a customer relations team member for 3 year, and I was just getting comfortable.
