Before the interview, make sure to thoroughly research the company's customer experience practices and goals. Be prepared to speak about your experience in managing customer experience teams and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction. Highlight your leadership skills, ability to drive change, and strong communication abilities. Showcase examples of successful projects or initiatives you led in the past. Also, be ready to discuss how you handle difficult situations and resolve conflicts within a team. Don't forget to check out job search platforms like Jobcase, Indeed, and LinkedIn for more opportunities in this field. Good luck!

lastedI came in entry. Was trained by ARISES platform. We received a total of 3 month. Which with learning CRMs and operations, it should have been at least 9. But i was a customer relations team member for 3 year, and I was just getting comfortable.

The experience requirement v aries, depending on the specific company and industry. Positions may be entry-level with no prior experience required, to industry specifics where detailed years of experience is required. The employer depicts the job dynamic needs.

Life experiences may also serve as customer service experiences.

Good Luck 👍

It's great to hear about your wealth of experience and dedication to your community. The job search process can be challenging for everyone, but don't let age or personal circumstances hold you back. Consider highlighting your relevant skills and accomplishments on your resume and cover letter. Also, network with former colleagues, friends, and community contacts to uncover potential job opportunities. Additionally, try using online job search platforms like Jobcase, Indeed, LinkedIn, and company career pages. Stay positive and persistent in your job search efforts. Good luck!
