I am finding it difficult to secure an interview after applying for a job posting? I am qondweing if it is my age, experience, or the fact that I am looking to reenter the workforce?

I am 74 years old and I am handicapped. I retired at 65 but I was in a wheelchair then and had been for years. I need to return to work now for the next 10 years. I have 25 years of experience in CustomerService Trainer, Supervisory positions, Call de escalations, Complaint Handling, and even Banking. I am College educated with 4 degrees and continuing educarion hours. I am acrively involved in my community and my locaal schools, food pantries and my church. I have a laege extended family with 4 daughters and 2 sons and grandchildrend and 4 great grandchildren.
