How long do you hang on after a job interview before you finally give up?
Are you the type who refreshes your email every five minutes, or do you just move on? And what about sending that follow-up email—does it really make a difference, or is it better to just let it go?

I like to follow-up on my emails

Hang on

a lot

I usually call after 3/4 days if I don’t hear anything… typically you can tell in the voice of the person on the phone if you have it or not! But I would say atleast a work week for them to finish out interviews and run backgrounds, etc!

After the interview I move on and forget about it, I can't afford the emotional anxiety. Move on, if they want you they will contact you. If they don't want you then consider yourself lucky if they let you know that they moved on with someone else.

Hang on to one i have to keep trying even though i felt the interview went well

I don't think people's back ground should be the qualifying measure to the person getting hired.i have a background, but I paid my debt to society.

Hang on for week

I keep a. Open mind or until they tell that the job has been filled
I never give up until they just straight tell me they're not hiring me.lol.I have put in 60 applications in like 19 days and i'll keep putting them in.I found out today that my background messed me up on a job at first solar. The charges were dismissed and just because they showed up they shunned me.The charges where like 6 years old.NEVER GIVE UP AND CONTINUE TO BE PERSITINT.I think i spelled that right.lol..
