What’s one thing you wish every manager understood about their employees?

Keep looking, they don't know what they might be missing. Some companies have hiring managers that are discriminating against people for their own reasons, age, looks, disabilities. Even though some of these are illegal but proving it is tough.

I wish all the managers could understand where is the best job to put people in, instead of just giving up & terminating them. They should be able find their strong characteristics & use them to their advantage. Everyone has something to offer.

If you praise your employees once in awhile for their doing a goid job, that they will work even more efficiently than before.

To give grace while learning and to respect the balance between personal and professional life.

Not everyone is the same

To build a team, it's up to the management to help train the team, I first show them, i do the training with them, then have the new team member show me how to do the job, if they don't get it right, teach again, as management, we teach, train, motivate and inspire

They are only human give them a chance work as a team

People that really want to work will try there best to do a good job for there employer

Their emotions
Not everyone learns the same and that it is the managers role to figure out how to make the team better
