I have grown and matured in my work life balance and that entitles me to higher pay.
Creating an harmony in both areas without feeling that one is affecting or stressing the other part. We have to manage the time and productivity at work to be able to go home and enjoy life.
40 hrs/week, with overtime only in emergency situations.
In my opinion, work-life balance should be exactly as it states. The employee should be able to leave his/her work at the workplace for the majority of the time AND be able to able schedule family/personal activities for times outside of work hours. There should be an equal amount of time of having to take work home with them as there is personal time that interrupts time at work. The employee should be able to compartmentalize work from home and vice versa.
