To be available, straight forward, opened to criticism, and willing to be better and efficient in all I do.

Yeah I never going into a job thinking you know it all there's always room to grow things to learn you're never done learning

Trust, respect and communication. Also when working with people everyone is different you can’t let people change you in the way you perform you job

Do not act like you know everything be open for learning every job even if you've worked in it for many years you're always gonna learn something new.
