It depends on the situation and why a pay cut would be necessary. Let's keep the pay the same or more and work from home. There is no need for a pay cut.

This can be answered both ways. Variables that go into play would make this a lot easier to answer, for instance m, my special needs son is not even 4 years old yet, so it would help to be home. 🤷🏼♂️
