Make sure you ur comfortable like air conditioner in summer heat in winter . high pay . and you dont have to work as a team . 90 percent time your being laid off or fired because of a bosses pet that you didnt want to play nice with . when working in a team environment people play nicey nicey to ur face but turn ur back out come daggers .

It’s not about the money. It’s about the happiness u get from your job.

Be present and learn from others as much as you can, even if it is not your current role.
