What skill have you learned recently that made a real difference in your career?

Being patient in a world that isn’t always so kind and patient. I’ve always been humble. Keep your enemies close. Stay kind at all times.

My first skill that I've ever learned was customer service to make sure the customers are happy the second is knowledge of computer software and typing speed

Use constructive criticism and not in front of others. I’ve done payroll, inventory, accounts payable and receiving, order supplies and scheduling deliveries.

Giving and receiving constructive criticism is a sign of maturity and can lead to goodness as well as learning a new skill and way of thinking
