More time

I like working overnight due to ten plus years of working graveyard due to the high cost of childcare. And night work seems to pay better all the way around. It is definitely a different type of energy because I have worked it all. I feel better and more productive at night than I do during the day.

Pay increase

It's not any working 😕 at night is old and out of style

Quiet space less hectic, It gives you the opportunity to take more time on a task and you have time to do more.

Appointment

Less traffic on the roads. More mellow at work without all the head honchos. And easier to get your chores done because you do them while most people work.

Would still have time with family

No management present. Less staff overall. More laid back. I am a night person in general. So I would rather work at night. You still have time in the day for appointments or errands whether after work or before. Depending on your household it could be more peaceful sleeping during the day.
