What’s one thing you wish hiring managers understood about you?

I might be a little older but I can still out work most people and I do it with a smile

Give me the right opportunity and I will thrive

I can’t help but stay busy and give 100% because I would terrible if I ever slacked on the job. Also, I worked at Kroger for 20 years and only called in one time sick. Also, I ran the deli and bakery for about 15 of my 20 years there.

Well that would be that I have a lot of experience in many different areas of the work force. I have been a manager or owner of several company's and have learned so much from hands on experiences. I think my greatest talent is working with all different types of personalities and being able to get the best out of them through the philosophy of empowerment, ownership.....having the person feel as if they are important and a important part of the process . It is a learned behavior that has never backfired.

Am like to help for Amazon quality supply

That I'm teachable and ready to learn.

That I'm more than my experience shows. That what I may lack in skills I make up with my work ethic. My ability to communicate in a team atmosphere or work independently will truly be an a asset and not a liability.

That I am as loyal as it gets

I mean what I say. Also I intend to fulfill the position. And above and beyond. That I'm genuine. I'll do my job.
I love helping people!! It is my own personal "pat on the back", knowing that I and my efforts made someone happy and made a difference in a positive way. In. Other words...VERY customer-centric!!
