How do you stay confident when job searching feels never-ending?

I know exactly how you feel.

I keep in mind my work experience. Knowing that I'm a hard worker. And knowing that I will be a valuable asset to that company.

My determination and the awesome support from my family.

Stay confident. Understand your values and the value you can bring g to the company.

@Kate Moughan Sometimes it's powerful to revisit those affirmations and reminders of who we are and what we bring to the table. Reading your reference letter again can reignite that inner confidence and remind us that we are capable, valuable, and have made a meaningful impact in our work.

I review my resume, especially the accomplishments.

Never give up hope and before I got the job at the Home Depot in eldersburg Maryland it took me 4 years to even be hired for home depot and there is a job out there for everyone so don’t give into the frustration

Remember my objective

Remind myself of my objective
I reread my reference letters to remind myself what a stellar employee I am.
