How do you stay motivated during a long job search? Any tips for others feeling discouraged?
Never give up. Never surrender!
I apply daily until I start 2nd guessing my qualifications then take a break and do something I like (sewing or gardening) until my confidence returns. It is really hard when i get the rejection emails if I get a response at all.
Always staying and thinking positive you got to have confidence in yourself
Keep searching everyday and be prepared for rejection.and Discrimination For a man with an X on his back
It’s hard trying to obtain a position in management in elpaso as a black man an starting to get discouraging even with owning businesses in the fields applying for an having correct credentials

I grind Monday through Thursday on job searching and anything related. Friday is my follow-up day. It's my way of giving myself grace and taking care of my mental health. Saturday and Sunday are used for family and friends, church work, and self-care....the real people and things that matter.
