A healthy work place to me would be where people can work together. Be friendly towards each other, and when it comes to ranking up in any company it’s from your hard work or what you know not who you know. Another point would be the morale on the shift needs to be good across the whole shift as well.. I am facing where my second shift teams morale is gone and it’s not good..

A healthy work place is where everyone works together to solve problems along with finding solutions to long term problems. Some of this requires creative thinking and at times, taking risks within the collective, understanding that they may not solve the problem although it would be a risk where solutions may come from the early risk. As a collective department, new adjustments occur and it is helpful that as the team moves forward, they think of future ideas and outcomes.
