Yes I do.For one you have to have passion in what you do it makes the job better and stability is always a common denominator in any job you do.I have 2 rules. The 1st one is to make sure everyone is satisfied to the fullest on the out come.2nd is to no matter what it takes to make that out come happen.

I believe both passion and stability are important in a career, but if I had to choose, stability is slightly more essential because it provides financial security, peace of mind, and long-term growth. Stability ensures you can meet your needs, support yourself or your family, and build a foundation for the future.

That said, passion adds meaning and motivation it drives you to excel, innovate, and stay committed even when challenges arise. Without passion, stability alone might feel unfulfilling, while passion without stability could lead to stress and burnout.

So ideally, the best career balances both: a stable path that also aligns with your interests and values. Stability gives you security, and passion gives you purpose.
