I worked part-time as a package Handler, at a company while I was on SSI Disability a few years ago, and everything was fine until my Ops Manager convinced me to go full-time, and I was making so much money that Social Security cut my check off, but I was still technically disabled and received Medicaid, and in retrospect I shouldn't have, but I asked Social Security to take me off, and as soon as I did I felt like I was muscled out of my job. Now I have medical bills out of the Wazoo, and it seems like nobody wants to hire me but I work hard. Do you think I should omit my Disability on future applications cause I don't know what to do anymore?

I've done around 300 application with indeed and a couple other sites but mainly indeed I've had 2 interviews and no hire yet most of them say they have moved on to other candidates .This is my life I feel like it's a game to them I have real bills to pay and have lost a lot due to no employment.

As a Generalist, you can wear many hats. I would work with leaders when then needed help in issuing performance management documents, warnings, terminations. I would work with employees on improving performance and gaining knowledge/improving performance.

I helped employees understand open enrollment and benefit elections, and when an employee forgot or didn't enroll in a benefit, I had to help them understand that without a qualifying event, they would not be able to make changes.

I would enter and review information in our HRIS system. I have enjoyed both Generalist and Specialist roles, there are a lot of moving parts and you have to help make sure those things get done and that they meet any legal test. You will take many notes, but you also have to make sure that leaders and regulators that might review your notes in 5, 10 years can also read and understand easily.

I was working a security post with an officer that believed in dungeons the minimimum and not whatever was needed at the time, so I had to agree ,to disagree but led by example to show that young more than the minimum but exceeding to enhance the job ,wouldn't cost him any hardship ,rather comfort and pleasure
