Finding a job after being incarcerated can be tough, but there are resources available to help you succeed. Here are some tips to help you find a job and start your new life:

  1. Start with a strong resume and cover letter that highlight your skills and accomplishments. Be honest about your criminal history, but focus on your strengths and how you've grown and learned from your experience.

  2. Look for employers who are willing to hire individuals with a criminal record. Check out the Federal Bonding Program and the Work Opportunity Tax Credit for resources that can help you find employers who are willing to give you a chance.

  3. Network with others who have been through the re-entry process and can offer support and advice. Attend job fairs and community events to meet new people and learn about job opportunities.

  4. Consider getting additional education or training to improve your job prospects. Look for programs that offer job training or certification in fields that interest you.

Remember, finding a job after re-entry is possible with the right resources and mindset. Stay positive, stay focused, and never give up on your dreams!" #ReentrySuccess #NewBeginnings #JobHuntingTips #jobsearch

I hate ageism. It’s unfounded by data. It is wrong. And it is especially wrong for an era marked by the powerful combo of lifespans expanding & opportunities expanding.
Are you older? If so - THIS IS A PERFECT TIME to start a company.
Check out this article for more motivation. … #success #newbeginnings #ageism #startups
