A customer followed me around the store calling me a “stupid little girl, because I could not find the Nutcracker she wanted to buy.

Low pay compared to other companies in the same business
Schedule flexibility, and it depends on what position your applying for. I was replenishment manager which entailed working 10pm to 10am sometimes. Ironically, I currently work part time at Orvis and I'm getting paid more than I did at Michaels.
