Responsibilities include conducting client check-in calls, scheduling client meetings, tracking and processing applications, coordinating and setting up for meetings and client events, processing mail and filing.

We are seeking an IT Manager for our financial services client, located near Lawrence, MA. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow into management or for someone who is currently an IT Manager looking to make a change.

Responsible for contributing to and managing the company’s IT plans and goals to improve processes and procedures, including vulnerability analysis, cybersecurity challenges and solutions. Providing oversight of research, purchase and implementation of new software and hardware, maintain IT inventory, manage the 3rd party IT MSP. Oversight of forecasting and budgeting of the IT needs. Manage and support IT staff in multiple locations.

Must have knowledge of file server architecture, Active Directory, Office 365, Citrix XenApp 5.0/6.5, Microsoft Comp Portal, Duo Security/Multi-Factor Authentication, and SAML Single Sign-on. Must have knowledge of database construction, management and report writing. Must have strong communication, leadership, multi-tasking, analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience working with a 3rd party IT Managed Service Provider and or experience with mobile device management is a plus

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field with a minimum of three years of experience working in Information Technology. Master’s degree is a plus.

We are seeking a Calibration Technician for our electronics test equipment client, located near Nashua, NH.

Responsible for calibration, troubleshooting and repair of electronic and mechanical equipment, in the environmentally controlled laboratory and at customer sites. Provide support for all calibration disciplines (Chemical, Dimensional, Electromagnetic, Mechanical, Process Thermodynamic and Time and Frequency). Responsible for efficient and accurate data collection and data entry of calibration results and tests. May also assist with development of new methods and formulas to solve measurement and calibration problems.

Must have knowledge of ISO 9000 and 17025 standards and requirements. Must have outstanding communication, organization, customer service, multi-tasking, time management and MS Office skills. Must work well independently and as part of a team.

Minimum of an Associate’s degree in Electronics, Engineering, Math or Science and a minimum of three years of experience in calibration and repair of electronic and mechanical equipment or equivalent combination of education and work experience. Additional training and/or certifications in metrology, precision measurement equipment, calibration and repair of electronic and mechanical equipment is a strong plus.

Responsible for providing a full range of tax and accounting services for the firm’s clients; including preparing individual and business tax returns, recommending tax and financial strategies, identifying and mitigating tax risks while building solid relationships with the clients. Assist with growing the business by promoting the firm’s services and expanding the client base.

Must have outstanding tax and accounting, client service, communication, analytical, time and project management skills. QuickBooks experience is required. Lacerte tax software and/or Thomson-Reuters tax research experience is a plus.

Master’s degree in Taxation is required. CPA or EA is a plus. Minimum of three years of hands-on tax preparation experience with individual or business tax returns.

We are seeking an Architectural or Interior Designer to join our award-winning, well-established, high- end custom residential home design-build team. The company focuses on new construction and major renovations in the Lakes Region and White Mountains of New Hampshire.

You will be an integral part of the process, including developing creative design concepts; working closely with clients, coordinating with project managers through all phases of design, preparing construction documents and overseeing construction. Projects are a mix of new, energy-efficient construction, and extensive historic renovations.

Must have an eye for quality design, outstanding communication, problem-solving, attention to detail and knowledge of some of the currently used industry software such as AutoCAD Architectural Desktop, SketchUp Pro. Revit and/or Enscape knowledge is a plus. Must have knowledge of current building codes in the State of New Hampshire. Must work well in a collaborative environment and be able to adapt to change.

Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design and at least three years of related work experience. AIA license, Registered Architect or NCIDQ are all strong pluses.
