I APPRECIATED all the attention I have gotten over the past 2 or so weeks.from members and jobcase personnel.Trust me when I say it's been an honor working with such passionate people. We all come to this point in out lives that feels like we hit our own wall of embarrassment.or unprofessional opportunities. I will always be respectful to one very talented, inspiring, passionate, hardworking and LIFE saving individual that I have had the upmost respect for, because without this person caring the way she did...I prolly wouldn't be here telling you all how wonderful she really is....she didnt have to help me and I didnt have to believe she could....IM GLAD I MADE YOUR 2021 get off to a good start...but I'm afraid I gotta go....so you can go help those other 20 billion people that need your professionalism Goodbye jobcase family thanks for everything I'll be back for questions. And Elyssa Duncan thanks for saving my life. Coming here was worth evetything. My friend #motivation #inspirational #inspiring
Started with positive thoughts, a plan in action can lead to beautiful results. It takes time and practice to a better future. Just when you thought it wasn't possible? Things keep getting in the way of your future. How many times did you want to give up? You believed in yourself and trusted all things are possible. The results for a better tomorrow. The pictures you see in the last two posts are from a job I finished last night. Here is what happened. I was hired to resurface this tub. Two weeks ago, I stripped cut, and rushed the job. Needless to say, it bubbled up on me. Upset and angry at the time because I rushed it. I had to strip it all over again and start fresh. This time I took my time and stripped it properly, cleaned it right, and here are the results. The point of the story is this all things are possible. Not all things happen overnight or on our time. Take the time to make a plan for a better tomorrow. #motivation #inspirational
This is the very programming that unlocks our inner magic and allows us to manifest joyful and successful outcomes.
DEALING WITH ORGANIZATIONAL BEASTS As organizations, we have developed bad collective habits of distracting ourselves from the real source of our problems.
First, we invest great sums of money and time working with organizational consultants, expecting them to clean up our mess while overlooking that as external parties they can never know us as well as we know ourselves and the systems we operate.
Second, we tend to focus on the outer, superficial layers of our challenges.
Any given company essentially comprises a what (products and services), a how (internal and external processes), and a who (people). Traditionally, these factors have been the targets of organizational improvement because we assumed them to be the foundations of our business.
However, it’s the fourth factor—our why—which is the true foundation of any enterprise. It’s our ability to identify unconscious motivations at a system-level.
While it’s a frustrating truth that the vast majority of organizational transformation efforts fail, it isn’t because we are afraid of change as much as we are afraid of seeing ourselves with an honest pair of eyes. #motivation #inspirational
These are some difficult times we're going through, and I want to invite all of you to reach out and encourage someone who may be having a hard time, whether it be on this site or where you may be living or working.
I haven't been here in nearly three years, and wanted to come and check in. One of the first posts I came across was from a gentleman who was coldly let go from his new position in two months because he was told he wasn't a good fit, and as a result, he has been a bit down on himself.
If you see someone feeling down, please reach out and encourage them, even if it's just a "hello." We need to stick together and be supportive of one another in times like this, because everybody has value.
Thank you and I hope you all stay healthy and safe. We'll get through this!
