10 ways to improve customer service
Hi everyone, I get this question alot, how do I improve my customer service at work? Here are some tips that have worked for me as a regular sales employee & a store manager:
Say “Thank you”.
Stay present without hovering.
Never turn away from an approaching customer.
Smile.
Establish procedures for dealing with unhappy customers.
Encourage patience.
Never say, “I Don't Know”.
Don't make promises you can't keep.
