Coworkers are so so important! Working at Kelly's is a breeze when you are paired with the right person. Everything else is a breeze.

Great team atmosphere.
Other employees were always ready to help when you had trouble. Company was bought and downsized twice while I was there and staff was reduced from 325 to 35 employees when the great recession struck the housing industry. Older employees were let go and the young were retained by AECOM, who took control just prior to my release.

I stayed positive and motivated at my job because of my passion with peoplr job by...
I loved what I did as a member and I loved people

I take my work serious.
I'm pretty sure that all of my former employers will give you a great reference about me n my work.

Something great I learned at my job was
Meeting a lot of good people

I've learned that when you are a part of a team, things go much better when you work with each other and communicate than when you're backstabbing and trying to gain height by standing on another's shoulders.
It's good to make friends, personal friends, at work. We are more willing to help a friend who is having trouble with a client or who is temporarily unable to do his share of the work. Also, it's easier to be told by a friend that you need to step it up a bit, if necessary. They know what your capabilities are and won't lie to you and tell you can do better when they know you can't.
